I'll gladly take any you don't want. Speaking of mint cc ice cream,
there's a dairy in the area that makes an all natural one (as well as
other flavors). It's good--a local ice cream shop carries it. Not a
garish green color, sort of a brown/grey so not very appealing looking
but the taste is much better than the ice creams full of artificial
thises & that.

I figured I had enough other recipes that work that I don't need to
spend time/energy figuring out why one that didn't and what would be
needed to get it to work. The one we did like, Steve wants me to make
without pepper bacon some time so we can taste the chard more.

We had a good rain again this afternoon, washing out a lot of pollens.
More rain is due Thursday & Friday; it'll be cool enough (maybe not even
60) on Friday that I'll bake the ham we picked up today.


 RH> my meds. Needing a cane to walk around is more of a pain.

I use one when I'm outside; it is very limiting but it gives me more
stability on my feet. But it is a pain in that only one hand is free.

They like salt so hopefully his work gloves & hat stayed intact.
