We could, though for my daughter it would be so difficult with all of the foods
she avoids.. While she's eating local grass-fed beef and chicken (with no
problems), her doctor has her staying away from all foods in the nightshade
family (potatoes, peppers, mushrooms, red pepper, paprika and more).  Boy can
she feel it when someone forgets and puts one of those in the food she eats.
She gave me the NEATEST recipe for cheesecake made with all nut products.. I'll
probably make one for the picnic, it was that incredible.

Yes, that is something that came with this house in Windsor, so we won't be
taking it with us.

Understand.   Windsor is just a little less than an hour from our new place in
Slaterville so Springs so staying at Pumpkin Hill Farms might be just too far
away.  The road to Ithaca (only one way in (g)) is a winding, torturously
twisting road with long stretches of no-passing zones.. When we get behind a
"Sunday Driver" or a farm-vehicle, we go crazy hehe :)  Maybe you could contact
Ron and Linda once in Ithaca, and set something up for just a "hi there" visit
on your way home or something like that :)

When we get threats of real cold here, I throw a sheet over whatever is
planted.. Only problem is then getting out in the morning to remove the sheet
(G).  ..But better that than losing plants to the weather :)  It's only caught
me once in the time we've lived here so that's not too bad.

The Ithaca farmer's market is so neat.. it was there I had my first Cuban
Sandwich.. :)  I love them, they are so good.  Plenty of baked goods are
available as well from what I remember, as well as quite a few grass-fed beef,
lamb and pork farmers ..and of course the normal veggies, veggies, veggies (g)
