IOW, mental note to self--keep cooking as long as possible. They don't
sound too great but it's suposed to meet minimum mutritional standards,
not be something super exciting to eat.

OK, wonder if they do tweak parts for special needs diets.

And kept low budget; you know the places that furnish them don't have a
lot of money to spend.  Trouble is, I think a lot of them don't have
creative cooks either. (G)

Very true. Or starting a fire in the kitchen by using the stove when
they've got no memory of doing so.

BTW, Thursday night we went to the Indian place in Raleigh we'd visited
before.  We had a coupon for "buy one buffet, get a 2nd for half off."
We wanted something quick so we could get to a concert on time; this fit
the bill. Most food was on the medium spicy side; I did pretty well (tho
my sinuses cleaned out good).  I had some goat curry, chicken curry,
butter chicken and several other things--all good.  We will make a 3rd
trip at some point.
