I used to get things regularly from the Champion Outlet store in the
plaza on Jefferson Rd, near the expressway and E. Henrietta Rd.  There
are still days I wish they were still there...

A couple of years ago, I was looking for a nicely-priced cotton hooded
sweatshirt... My first thought was of that long-departed Champion store.
(sigh..)

Tandoor of India, in the mall across from Southtown, down Jefferson,
often has goat curry on the lunch buffet, at least on Sunday.  Good
stuff, too...  :)

Have you tried the Wegmans varieties?  If so, do you find them any
better or worse than Mrs T's?

It depends on lots of factors, including what type of wheat is being
used in the first place...  Whole grains are better for diabetics
because they have less of the original nutrition taken out, so there's
more fiber among other things.

My parents took to eating the Ezekiel bread long after we all had left
the house... it was probably too expensive for them back in the days
when all of us kids were home...  :)  While I like multi-grain and whole
grain things, it never seemed all that wonderful to me, either... more
hype, actually...
