If you feel that way and want to try something not in
the pharmacopeia, you can always ask the doctor.

 ml-> I've seen bottles of pills of between 0.3 mg and 10 mg, each label
 ml->claiming 1 as a dose. For me I discover that 0.3-0.5 is about right;

When it came on the market, people were figuring the bigger
the better. I used to think that the stuff didn't work but
then started experimenting with low doses and found that
they produced a rise in body temperature and a mild
drowsiness that combined to make it relatively easy to
fall asleep - and, equally if not more important, to help
me combat the effects of stimulants such as caffeine.

 ml-> I take a 3 mg pill and halve it and third the half, more or less.

I don't need a license to self-medicate!

I didn't spend 30 hr thinking on this important subject -
just put it on the back burner and 30 hr later something
happened and out spewed the solution. Sort of like Kekule
but not nearly so useful.

Not in my repertoire. I just found it in the Delta Airlines
magazine. For my part, quinoa is kind of bad-tasting.

Spicy Lemon Aioli
cat: sauce
yield: 1 c

2 lg egg yolks
1 ts harissa or sriracha
1 Tb fresh lemon juice
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
3/4 c grapeseed oil or mild tasting olive oil

In a medium bowl, whisk the egg yolks, harissa,
1 ts lemon juice, 1 ts salt, and 1/2 ts pepper until
combined. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking
nonstop until the mixture begins to emulsify.
As the mixture thickens, whisk in the remaining
lemon juice and continue to whisk in the oil until
the mixture has achieved a thick mayonnaise-like
consistency. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
