Good, then someone can make a batch for Eion. I stay out of the kitchen

The corn industry probably paid for that one. I saw an ad against it
before our Food Network channel was taken from the line up--kids in a
school play or something. All the kids but one were fruits, veggies, etc
and talking about how good they were. Then the one says he's HFCS and
some sort of syrup is just pouring out of him, all over. Not a pretty
picture but it shows that HFCS isn't an all natural product.

Helps me to get an idea of what I can/can't do with what I've put up or
what I put in the freezer before my diagnosis. I'd put some bagels in
I'd taken out of the original bag & individually bagged (then into a
bigger bag). Found out for a mini bagel it's about 26 carbs, double that
for a regular size bagel. Pickles range from 0-6 carbs, depending on
type, manufacturer and serving size. And so forth and so on.......

The market is picking up a bit but still a long way from booming.
Hopefully the house will sell fast.

It's more of a western NY thing I think. Around the Catskills, Brooks
chicken (out of Oneonta) is big--they marinade it and then charcoal
grill it. They're big for fundraisers too.
