A friend's answer to that was that if she won $1M it would run out too
soon, and then she'd have to go thru all the hassle of getting back onto
her SS Disability, and might not get it, and then where would she be... 
Her take was that unless she won the entire huge jackpots of $300-600M
it wouldn't sustain her for life, so she probably shouldn't even buy the
tickets any more...  or something like that...  ;0

Does your dream show any indication of how one would get in or out of
said house...?  My dreams have a way of evoluting things into sudden
impossibilities...

Probably not require pills that way anyway... :)  My nephew/son-in-law
did something similar, but a full 8oz glass of milk, and no orange
juice or ice, while we were camping...  Not really a creamsicle that
way, I realize...  :)
