I thought you were aware of that; I think we'd discussed it another time
when your (then) current sustem was acting up. One caveat--the keyboard
isn't quite standard size so you may have trouble hitting 2 side by side
keys. I've got small fingers so it doesn't (didn't, dont have the EEPC
any more but still have a small system) bother me that much but Steve
had a harder time with the set up. Dale probably still has his if you
want to check it out in person.

You must have had something that had hidden sugars in it. Did you use
any sort of sauce that may have had sugar? Otherwise, what kind of
cheese did you use; real cheese has fewer carbs than cheezoids. Another
factor to consider is the roll; 15 grams of any bread is 15 carbs and a
small but dense bread may be heavier in carbs than a larger, lighter
one. Just giving you some ideas to consider.

Not so much in techinque or probably taste but when I saw this, I
thought about the cactus candy we saw all over the tourist trap places
in AZ. We tried some when we first moved there--nothing specical--and
most likely made with cactus syrup & pectin.
