True....  and it's often difficult to truly extrapolate into the future
to figure out when/if certain things will be needed... and then when the
need does arise, one realizes that it should have been more obvious
earlier on...  ;)

I was going to suggest that your mom could supervise from the
wheelchair, but that might interfere if the hired cook is trying to cook
healthier than she is wishing to go...  ;0

That's pretty much what I was getting at.  :)  I know that at hospitals
here, there is a disclaimer on the slips one fills out (or on the
published menu) that choices are subject to what your doctor actually
orders for your diet at any particular time...
