That is mostly coming from Z2 folks.

But that shot came from a Z1 guy (in Texas).  It was clear that he
could not read the difference between the word "chili" and the word
"chile", nor did he bother looking at any of the recipes themselves.

Echos where "users" hang out are tend to be the ones with a sensible
dialog -- as opposed to the fight-o-net echos with mostly sysops in
them.

      Title: Chicken Dinner In A Crock-Pot
 Categories: Crockpot
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    Skinless boneless chicken
           -breasts
      2 ts Dried basil
    1/8 ts Salt and pepper
      1 c  Diced bell pepper
     16 oz Can white beans, drained and
           -rinsed
     14 oz Can tomatoes, undrained
 
  Place the chicken in a crock-pot: sprinkle with basil and salt and
  pepper. Add bell pepper, beans and tomatoes. Cover with the lid; cook
  on low setting for 8 hours. Serving size is 1 chicken breast with 1
  cup of tomato bean mixture.    SERVINGS: 4
