I picked up this message, even though there was a minor spelling error
in my name.

A craftsman who could straighten out the body panels of bent cars,
using a wonderful array of hammers and dollies.  They probably don't
exist any more, having been replaced by people who merely unbolt bent
bits and fit new ones.  If any more serious damage requires fixing,
the car is scrapped and passed to the wrecker.  In the immediate
post-war period there was a shortage of cars, so it was in everybody's
interest to keep the existing ones on the road.

      Title: Egg Burrito (5 Points Using Egg-Beaters) (7 Points Using
 Categories: Salads, Main dish, Side dish, Microwave, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/4 c  Egg Beaters® 99% egg
           Substitute; or 1 egg beaten
    1/4 c  Chopped green onions
      2    Cherry tomatoes; cut in
           Quarters
      1    Flour tortilla; 7"
      2 tb Shredded sharp cheddar
           Cheese
      1 tb Salsa; if desired
 
  In a 2-cup glass measure, combine egg, green onion and tomato.
  Microwave on 100% power (HIGH) 30 seconds. Stir; microwave on 100%
  power (HIGH) 30 seconds more.  Spoon egg mixture in centre of
  tortilla. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.  Roll up: place on a
  microwave-safe plate, seam-side down.  Sprinkle with remaining 1
  tablespoon cheese. Microwave on 100% power (HIGH) 30 seconds or until
  cheese is melted. Serve with 1 tablespoon of salsa, as desired. Makes
  1 Serving.
