Then we are actually in agreement on texture.

I have a huge file like that too. Too big for one life time, so I
must pick and choose a few of the most interesting things.

(skipping a few boring ones) #11 Asian Girls:

95% of white males have at one point in their lives, experienced
yellow fever. (That would include me!) Many factors have contributed
to this phenomenon such as guilt from head taxes, internment camps,
dropping the Nuclear bomb and the Viet Nam War. This exchange works
both ways as Asian girls have a tendency to go for white guys.
(White girls never go for Asian guys. Bruce Lee is the only recorded
instance in modern history). Asian girls often to do this to get
back at their strict traditional fathers. There is also the option
of dating black guys, but they know deep down that this would give
their non-English speaking grandmothers heart attacks.

White men love Asian women so much that they will go to extremes
such as stating that Sandra Oh is sexy, teaching English in Asia,
or playing in a coed volleyball league.

Another factor that draws white guys to Asian women is that white
women are jealous of them. Asian women well into their 30s and 40s
retain their teenage looks without the help of botox, yoga or a
trendy diet (future posts). Asian women also avoid key white women
characteristics such as having a mid life crisis and divorce.

     Title: Peanut Dan Dan Noodles
Categories: Chinese, Malaysian, Nuts, Noodles
  Servings: 4

    1/3 c  creamy peanut butter
      4    cloves garlic, minced
      2 TB grated fresh ginger
      2 TB low-sodium soy sauce
      1 TB dark brown sugar
      1 TB toasted sesame oil
      1 TB Chinese black vinegar
      1 TB chili oil
    1/4 c  low-sodium chicken broth
      8 oz ramen noodles
    1/2 c  roasted peanuts, chopped
      3    scallions, finely chopped

Place the peanut butter, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar,
sesame oil, black vinegar, and chili oil into the bowl of a
mini-food processor. Process until the mixture is well combined and
forms a paste, 1 to 2 minutes. With the processor running, gradually
add the chicken broth and process until the sauce is creamy and well
combined, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, cover,
and set aside while you prepare the rest of the dish.

Place 4 quarts water into a large pot and bring to a boil over high
heat. Add the noodles and cook until al dente, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Drain thoroughly in a colander. Add the noodles to the bowl with the
sauce and toss to combine. Serve topped with the peanuts and
scallions.
