Understandable; he's going to find himself short of workers one of these
days and wonder why. It's not going to be a pretty picture for him.

Got to make it easy for those that can't get up to the high places as

Time to start looking, putting together ideas of what you really want
done. Your freezer and/or dishwasher, gas stove, fancy fridge.........

Wanting to do and can't do or do but it still hurts is the current norm.

Making progress, one day at a time. Seems like slow going but look at
how far you both have come. Yes, there's at least 4 more years of
treatments and evaluations but (as far as we know now) there shouldn't
be any more chemo or radiation, a big positive there.

I know the feeling, I just have to look at the scar or give a medical
history and it all comes back. Five years ago I was still healing from
the infection, hadn't even started the radiation yet. Yet, soon enough,
you will have more days that you won't think about it than you do now.
Been there, done that. Once you've gone thru it, there's always the
lingering "what ifs......" but you can't dwell on them. Think about the
great people you've met, the apparantly successful treatments, the
returning energy you see in Anne-------all the positives. We're still
pulling for you.
