The immediate antecedent was vertigo, which I might get from a
trip to the Sears or whatever it is now Tower.

Few months. But I've never found the south side particularly
daunting - or particularly interesting, either.

I know already what bed I'm going to sleep in and why. As far as
vigilance goes, I was recently looking for my neck wallet, and
it's gone missing. Such is life. Luckily, as far as I know, no
substantial amount of cash has gone missing with the wallet.

For even a thin soup I want it to be thick - not necessarily
thickened, just thick. I'd like it to stand on its own when
cooled.

The bird with the golden tail has had a blue tail for all
this millennium at least. The new incarnation is going to
be white with a blue "united" on the side and a blue globe
on the tail.

Sounds as though that would make things even worse.

Za'atar
cat: spice
yield: 
1/4 cup sumac
2 Tb thyme
1 Tb roasted sesame seeds
2 Tb marjoram
2 Tb oregano
1 ts coarse salt

Preparation:
Grind the sesame seeds in food processor or with mortar and pestle. 
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Store za'atar in a cool, dark place in a plastic zip bag or in an 
airtight container. When stored properly, za'atar can be stored from 
3-6 months.
