I am hard to please with hot chocolate/cocoa. Swiss Miss is too sweet. I get
some that is too chocolat-y (if you can get your mind around such a concept).
Some is too "thin" or made with skim milk (making it far too thin, going in). I
find that McDonald's has a good reliable hot chocolate - in season. I don't do
it often. But, when I am jonesing for a cuppa cocoa and I don't want to mess
about in the kitchen I will often head for the Arches of the Clown and a
Filet-O-Fish meal with hot chocolate for the drink. Other than their breakfast
menu it's one of the few things they do right.

      Title: Peanut-Butter Hot Chocolate
 Categories: Five, Beverages, Nuts, Chocolate
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2 c  Whole milk
      3 tb Chocolate syrup
      2 tb Creamy peanut butter
 
  Garnish: whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
  
  In a medium saucepan, combine milk and chocolate syrup until
  smooth. Heat over medium heat until steaming, but do not
  boil. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Garnish each
  serving with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, if
  desired. Serve immediately.
