We'll be back in NC next week. Got a busy day ined up for the day after
we get back so it may take a day or so beyond that to hunt up the
recipe.

Closer you get to the border, the more authentic you get. Further away
from the border you get, you have to compromise more to meet gringo
tastes. (G)

I'm not sure what technology Steve has in our set ups; I don't keep
track of all of his updates, upgrades and so on. I just turn my net book
over to him every so often for him to update, etc.
