Yes, highlight the suspicious message but don't open it. Hit CTRL-U and
the message will open in a source view which is like a text editor view.
It shows everything contained in the Email, even if it does not show up
when it is opened normally.

Agreed, but it sounded good.

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
6 g stevia (or equivalent of 1/4 cup sugar)
2 cups soy milk, unsweetened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dried apples
 Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon (more to taste)
1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg (approximately)

Instructions
---

Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowl, combine the dry milk and
sugar. Add the liquid milk, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in
the rice, raisins, and dried apples. Spray a 6-cup casserole dish with
vegetable cooking spray and pour the egg and rice mixture into the
dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake the pudding for 15
minutes. Stir and continue baking for another 35 to 45 minutes until
the milk is absorbed. Serve warm or chilled for dessert or for a
breakfast treat with fruit.
Yield: 8 servings

This recipe was developed by Angie Sharp, a Diabetes Nutrition
Specialist at the International Diabetes Center in Minneapolis,
Minnesota.
Modifications:
Substitute stevia (liquid or packets) for the 1/4 cup sugar. Six
packets = 1/4 cup.
Substitute unsweetened Almond milk for the liquid skim milk. That has
2 grams of carbohydrates per cup instead of 12.
Together, both of these substitutes reduce the carbohydrates from 34
grams to about 25 grams per serving.
Two eggs can be used instead of 1 egg and 1 egg white. It will
increase the fat level a little.
