It happens here only when something bought ahead gets hidden in some

Same here.  And their board includes at least some representation from
their clientele... a friend of mine from church is just that.  :)

That was about the catch I was expecting.  :)

Sounds like pencil pushers with more inclination to react than to
think...

"There's always a first time..."  I'd think that track record could
speak more truth than fears, though...  :)

The ones on the front line have to take the flack and explain
inexplicable regulations...  kinda like Income Maintenance workers at
