They're used more for a quick "gotta get going" type breakfast around
here.

Good idea; we saw on the news about the weather system you're getting.
I'm glad we had to make the trip last week, not this week as far as
weather goes. I understand there's quite a few folks still living in
tents, cooking on camp stoves, etc since Sandy went thru and this storm
is predicted to be just about as bad. Be glad you have a house,
hopefully your power will stay on and you'll be able to cook & wash up.

Blizzard is almost too mild a word for what I've heard is predicted.

Hopefully you'll finish the course without a reaction, or at least
finish enough until the storm clears the area. Do you have friends with
snowmobiles handy?
