Probably the eyes more than the brain, as the brain instantly
rebelled against the idea. This is what I read, I think:

I've been told I have very strong lungs and that I have
very weak lungs. Probably aspects of both. When they tried
to take my airflow, I broke the meter. Yet I would get out
of breath quickly (fluid and damage therefrom, no doubt).

  For years I never got a flu
 RH> shot, then only under great protest. I've not had the flu but get the
 RH> shot every year now (and the pnuemonia one every 5 years), as a
 RH> precaution.

Under my prescription plan, shots are free (because I am a
heart patient), but I still don't get them. I've had 2 flu
shots that I can recall, and got flu one of those years.
Got one pneumonia shot once. But I figure for me the dangers
are elsewhere, so why increase someone else's insurance
payments for something that arguably does me no good.

You know me - when cooking for myself I increase the spicing
quite a bit

Chicken Satay
categories: Nepal, starter, main, poultry
Yield: 1 batch

2 lb chicken breast
- thinly sliced and cut in 2" length
Bamboo skewers, soaked for at least 30 min
Melted butter for basting 
h - Marinade
1 Tb cumin powder
1 Tb cooking oil
3 fresh red chilies
1/2 Tb turmeric
1/2 ts grated nutmeg
1/2 ts timur (Szechwan pepper)
1/2 c yogurt
1 Tb garlic paste
1 Tb ginger paste
1 Tb honey
Salt and Pepper

In a blender, process all marinating ingredients
into a smooth paste. Marinate chicken slices
overnight in the refrigerator. Pat dry the chicken
pieces and thread on with soaked bamboo skewers.
Grill to the desired doneness, frequently turning
and basting with the melted butter. Serve hot with
tomato achar.
