So Sync gave them new MSGIDs... worse yet...  From my packet, they had
identical date/time stamps with the same from/to/subject that usually
causes non-dupes to be treated like dupes, too...  ;)  Wildcat systems
trapped them... as did ProBoard systems...

That may have been what was happening at Holodeck with his Synchronet
system... It was always two identical messages per message, and the two
sets of messages were always right together... Mike thought it had
something to do with his double-tossing into Sync and TG sides of the
bbs, which isn't happening any more... probably the MSGID issue still,
though...  I'm waiting for Glen to show up again to see if the new setup
still produces those dupes... IIRC, I was only seeing that particular
thing on Holodeck... other bbses would have the single set of messages.

Very Good Point!   :)   There's a lot less damage a single lowly user
can cause...  ;)
