In that case, you would probably not like Longhorn steaks.  They were
good, but did have a heavy coat of peppery rub.  I think that the rub on
the Outback steaks is subdued, especially in comparison to the Longhorn
steak we had this week.

I had forgotten about TR's chili and the fact that it was available as a
side dish (times 2 if you so desire) -- it is definitely not bad.

      Title: Greek Style Pork Pocket Sandwich
 Categories: Pork, Ham, Sandwich
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Pork strips
    1/2 c  Caesar salad dressing
      2    Pitas -- halved
      4 tb Cucumber dressing
      1 sm Red onion -- thinly sliced
 
  Stir togethre pork strips and dressing; place in a shallow pan and
  roast in a preheated 450 oven until pork is crisp and lightly
  browned, about 10 minutes.  Open each pita half to form a pocket.
  Distribute pork among each half.  Top each sandwich with a tbsp or
  cucumber dressing and some sliced red onion.  353 calories and 17
  grams fat.
