Hi Sean..

Honestly... I think I mentioned this before and I think You took it the wrong 
way, but I'll say it again, this time don't take it the wrong way, You 
shouldn't in this context. I am like You.. especially for a personal reason 
revolving around Synchronet and what I want to do with my system. I change 
software at times to work on things "I" want to do with the system. Many 
times Users HATE change. I sometimes feel sorry as most of the time they 
don't want to give me a bit of time to iron things out. Especially with some 
things going on in my personal life, I don't have 24/7 to dedicate to working 
on the system. 8-) And when there is a change, nobody wants to help take the 
time to help work through them... In the users mind it is not good to change, 
but then again, Most of the time they don't realize if You change and get the 
system running in a fairly robust manner, they may like it. I understand not 
liking change, I just try to do the best with what I have. Thats all I can 
do. In this day and age, we are all mostly lucky to have dedicated Users. 
After all They are what keeps the system going for a lot of us. Some just 
like to sit and tinker.. Me? <grin> I don't.... Not at all.. I appreciate my 
regular users and understand they don't like change, but they never let me 
finish one either. <grin>  If it was not for sync, I probably wouldn't feel 
this way. Yet I am also grateful for it, as I truly believe that that piece 
of software kept this hobby going. Oh well...

Ingredients

    * 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    * 2 teaspoons baking soda
    * 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
    * 1 cup vegetable oil
    * 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    * 3 cups white sugar
    * 2/3 cup water
    * 4 eggs

Directions

   1. Grease and flour three 7 x 3 inch pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 
     (175 degrees C).
   2. Measure flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices into a large bowl. 
      Stir to blend. Add pumpkin, water, salad oil, eggs, and nuts. Beat until 
      well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans. 
   3. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
