I've tried them fried in different places when Steve has ordered them &
still not liked them. I doubt adding garam masala would improve them,
IMO.

That's what this stuff is.  Dad never really got it up and running the
way he wanted to; I think he was hoping the grand kids would be able to
enjoy it.  But, with most of them half way across the country or more,
they didn't get to visit very often.  Then the trains in the cellar made
a bigger hit.

I ended up not going, was a feeling a bit off yesterday.  Steve came
home with about 1/4 of one pan left.  He sent some home with a couple of
people but those that were there really lit into it.

We did it with other things in the old (smaller) church building; aromas
really travelled there.  In this building, there's a fire door between
the downstairs area where the kitchen is and the sanctuary/classroom
area.  You can smell a bit of whatever's cooking in the classroom area,
not really in the sanctuary because of another fire door.  But open the
door to the downstairs area and you can really smell what's cooking.
