I wish we knew more people around here (g).. we tend to stay to ourselves
pretty much.. no time in general with all the running around we seem to do with
family.

That is incredibly expensive, isn't it.. what a shame..

haha - that would be easy and neat to do.. have to watch for diabetics though..
I would guess just checking with guests regarding things like that would take
care of it.  Then again, Continental style breakfast wouldn't be hard either.

I have to check out insurance fees, etc. for cooking at all here in NYS.  IIRC,
the previous owners of this house told me that they had run a B&B early on, but
decided that the insurance and inspections in the kitchen weren't worth the
cost.. I think they must have been trying to provide more than breakfast
though.  Well, the idea is neat anyway :)  Doubt we'd end up running a big one
though.. maybe one or two setups for one or two couples, that kind of thing.
