I'm taking meds to counteract meds.  However, my blood sugar is starting to
drop quite rapidly on its own.  Mine was 183 this morning, which is high, but
better than the 300+ at fasting it's been in the past months.

If you press the right curly bracket "}" at the message menu prompt, you will
find out some of the new spells. ;)  I just haven't had time to add everything
into the menus yet.  I'm going to work on using the ALT-1 through ALT-5 menu
keys to allow rapid menu navigation to jump from one major menu to the other to
speed things up when you're online.

The menu setup I have now is similar to ProBoard's (I always did like how that
global menu thingie worked).  I've learned over the years how I like the
board's menu structure set up and if you've noticed, I've tried to keep it the
same over the years.

Yes.  The Ryan's breakfast buffet is cheap and decent for what it is.  I
usually kill several slices of ham (that's my favorite breakfast food) along
with eggs and biscuits.  I don't eat there but a few times a year so I can get
away with "being bad".  I make sure I get my $4.99's worth. ;)

      Title: Skillet Chicken and Rice
 Categories: Low-cal, Main dish, Poultry
      Yield: 6 Servings

      2 lb Chicken pieces, skinned
      4 x  Carrots; peeled, sliced 1/2"
    1/2 c  Onion, chopped
      1 t  Bouillon, chicken, granules
      3 c  Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    3/4 c  Rice, long grain
      1 t  Poultry seasoning
    1/4 t  Salt

  PER SERVING: 265 Cal., 25g Pro., 27g Carbo., 6g fat, 67mg Chol.,
  Spray a 12-inch skillet with nonstick spray coating.  Brown chicken
  pieces on all sides over medium heat about 15 minutes.  Remove
  chicken. Drain fat from skillet, if neccessary.  Add mushrooms,
  carrots, rice, onion, bouillon, poultry seasoning, 2 cups water,
  salt. Place chicken atop rice mixture. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or
