Ah,, sudafed is my constant friend Lol  Though I remember before I really got a
'vertigo' attack or acerbation, it did hit me like sinus.. very weird.

Seriously,couldn't live without sudafed I think.. Kills me when you see nice
sunny days, not a cloud in the sky.. you go outside, and whammo, you've hit
with the pollens, or in the house, the dust, you name it .. :)  MOF if we don't
keep the humidifiers going in the bedroom at night, we both wake up with
monsterous headaches.. dry air kills us.

Lol :)  No kidding..  Well, usually I can tie sinus problems to a low coming
in.. or a burst of pollens during the fall (all that good dead stuff just
floating around (bg).  My sister and I were talking about such things the other
day, and remembering how my Dad was never ever bothered by allergies or sinus
problems.. we got it all from MOM Lol.. oh well :)

Yeah, most of it is the MS, I'm sure.  For me, it goes with the total lack of
balance, etc. which sadly, the ampyra which helps my walking, doesn't help :(
(what are these pharma companies thinking?? Lol) I took a header the other
night, that wasn't nice (grin).. head first, dove right into the floor with my
right shoulder digging in the floor.. damn crap hurts still.. but I refuse to
go for a cortisone shot into the rotator cuff. I had one of those ONCE and it
was enough to decide, "I'll wait and take lots of anacin" (g)  When I got the
shot for some bad arthriis, I exclaimed .. well I used the F word and couldn't
have cared less Lol

Understand :(  It defintitely can be rough.. most of what I learned about
cooking way back was actually cooking with both my grandmothers, my father,
mother, and aunts..What's funny is my daughter though can't understand why I
"measure" so many ingredients.. for me, it's a safeguard.. when I'm tired, I
can really make a mess of some recipes :) Well, I'm glad she doesn't have the
problem :)
