We had a bit of a delay at Williamsport, so I asked the
ticket agent if I had time for a beer ... he said, yes,
and if it were me, two. So I went upstairs to the Skyview
Restaurant and discovered it full of old people in their
Sunday best.

moi - Do people come here just to eat, even if they aren't flying?
Bartender - Yes.
m - Food must be good, then.
B - Yes.

I didn't have time to test that out, as the incoming equipment
arrived after 2/3 of the beer. Next time perhaps.

We took off about 15 late, which gave me anxieties as I had
a 45-minute connection in the hellhole that is Philadelphia.
We didn't make up much time, and I was dismayed to find that
I had to go from F20 to B14 - pretty close to as remote a
pair of gates from each other as possible, even with the
shuttlebus. I made the connection with five to spare, being
second to last on the plane. The gate agent greeted me by
name as I pulled up (he figured it out by elimination no
doubt). As soon as I landed I called my brother trying to
change our dinner meeting, as I realized to my chagrin that
the place I wanted to eat was a sports bar and it was Super
Bowl Sunday: he had made other plans, so I was off the hook.

So I had chocolate for dinner.

If I'd stuck with my flights a day earlier, I would have
gotten in close to midnight and had to take a taxi to the
house, so that was a win for me.

 NB> Funny how that happens... Lots of airports/airlines were cancelling
 NB> flights right and left, some of them with good reason.  ;)

My original was delayed 5 hours and change (surprised it
went at all), and then I'd have had to wait for the second
to last or last departure to Washington, both of which got
in unconscionably late.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01

      Title: Rabbit with Tomatoes and Herbs
 Categories: Cyberealm, Meats
      Yield: 4 servings

      2    Rabbit loins, each cut into
           Four pieces
      2 tb Thyme,chopped
      4    Cloves Garlic,pressed
           Salt
           Pepper
     16 sl Bacon, lean
  3 1/2 tb Oliveoil
  2 1/2 lb Tomatoes,quartered
      2 lg Onions, chopped
      2 tb Basil, chopped
      2    Bayleaves

  1. Mix thyme with garlic. Salt and pepper rabbit pieces and
     rub with the thyme mix.

  2. Put a little piece of bayleaf on each piece and wrap in
     2 pieces of bacon and tie with cooking string.

  3. Brown the rabbit in the oil, golden brown take out.

  4. Saute the onions;add the tomatoes and saute 8 minutes.
     Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Put the rabbit pieces on top and cover and simmer
     20-25 minutes;adding a little water if nessesary.

  6. Take rabbit out' put on platter. Let the sauce simmer a
     little while longer; than pour over meat and sprikle
