We only planted the parsley, basil & oregano.  I should keep a better
eye on it than I do, but it's in the back bed--one we don't see every
time we go out the door.  Should see if there's anything worth drying
for winter use.  OTOH, the rosemary bushes are still going great guns.
I wouldn't mind uprooting one and sharing its bounty while trimming the
other one back severly.  Got enough of that to out last our tenancy
here.

Sounds good here. We had marinaded, then smoked chicken that had been
done last month (& frozen) with rice (mixed blend) and skinny green
beans (from the freezer) for supper last night.

I'm sure she will do fine.  The trip to the mall for shopping sounds
like a good bribe.  Stop off in the food court for a snack as well?
We've not really hit up the malls since we moved to NC; what helps is
that they are in Raleigh and we live in Wake Forest.  Not worth driving
down there unless we need to for something like an appointment or
shopping we can't do locally.  I try to hit up Whole Foods Market every
few months and do a stock up on various things.  The rest of the time I
shop (usually Lowe's) locally.
