The diversion to a different pond is fairly simple mechanics. The weigh-
in-motion device is the tricky one ... but, I suspect that since Jerry 
was not an engineer by training, just a good ol' boy who was good at 
mechanics, the solution was simple and probably pretty elegant. Giving 
new meaning to the WWII phrase, "Jerry Rigged"

Dunno - he snuffed it a few years ago and I don't know the details (nor 
do I care to) of his estate.

You may have mentioned that in past. We used to use a hand cranked 
telephone company magneto from a boat to "call up Mr Fish". And woe 
betide the fisherman who was caught by the rabbit sherrif with such a 
device.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04
 
      Title: Baked Catfish A'la Meuni`ere
 Categories: Cajun, Seafood, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      4    (5 oz ea) catfish filets
    1/4 c  Parmesan cheese
      1 lg Egg
      1 tb Water
    1/2 c  Cracker meal
      1 tb Lemon & herb seasoning
           Meuni`ere sauce
 

  Beat Egg and Water together.

  Combine cracker meal, cheese and seasoning; dip fish each
  filet in beaten egg, then roll in crumb mixture. 

  Pour Meuni`ere Sauce in shallow baking dish; place filets
  in dish, turning once or twice to coat both sides well.

  Bake in preheated 350oF/175oC oven 40 minutes or until
  fish flakes easily.

      Title: Meuniere Sauce
 Categories: Creole, Seafood, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    3/4 c  Butter
      3 tb Lemon juice
    1/4 ts Salt
        ds Hot pepper sauce
      2 tb Green onions; chopped
      1 tb Minced parsley
    1/4 ts White pepper
        ds Worcestershire sauce
 
  Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
