Just enough to get a white swirl...?  ;)  I like a fair bit of milk in
my black tea, when I have it... helps to buffer the acid, too..

I know... why couldn't I have had "normal" allergies... instead of to
coffee and apples... ;0  An allergy to milk might have done _me_ in,
though...

Fortunately it isn't the caffeine that's the problem with the coffee for
me, so I can still use plenty of caffeine when needed... just from other
sources than coffee...

I've been having recently recurring vertigo myself... had it in the past
(quite a while ago now) due to stress, and to a lesser extent as a
cumulative side effect various from meds...  Could well be stress again
now... but I've been attributing it to the recent surge in severe
seismic activity on the other side of the world... ;)

Sometimes OTC drugs and herbals do as much as the prescription stuff and
more safely...  :)  A script that works and doesn't have bad side
effects is a blessing when one gets it, though...  :)
