We're getting a WinCo about 2 miles away (right near the

From what I understand it's a bit
more than an endorsement. it's a whole
different drivers license. Yes they have 
tightened the restrictions on getting across
the borders both north and south. You
can get INTO Canada easy enough..it's
getting BACK that's the problem! Even 
retired military ID's are not good enough.
it's either the Passport or one of the enhanced
drivers license OR the "travel ID card".
Bunk if you ask me.
