We've been good so far. We generally pay for several months at a time to
avoid the hassle of the month to month remembering. I usually jot a note
on the calendar the month the rent is due again.

Steve is now talking about doing it himself. The main thing is that the
cord bends in one area and rubs; if we can avoid that, a new one should
last even longer than the 30+ years this one has lasted.

I like the angel food or sponge cake best but this biscuit recipe is
going to be my "go to" one for making shortcake most of the time mow.
back up will be my sponge cake; I've used it for a good number of years.
It's good split, the fruit and vanilla yogurt put in the middle and more
over the top.
