True, but without major help from outside, they most likely won't have
the clout they've had the last 40 years or so. Remember Toshiba bashing
in the mid 80s?

Of course we can make mochi but don't quite have the capability to do

I do, even tho they carry a lot of the same things in just about every
issue. One thing I'd seen before wasn't in but I did a quick web search
and should have no trouble finding it. Most of the stuff in the catalog
is overpriced dust catcher type stuff anyway.

Do you know the muffin man?  I've got some good recipes for various
ones; favorites are a toss up between blueberry or cinnamon/ raisin
streusel.  Last year I made several different varieties and IQFed them.
Made for a quick "grab & go" breakfast for Steve or a more leisurely one
for me. Never did do it this winter but ran out of blueberries and
freezer space.
