   I just have to remember to check that it

In certain parts of the US (Arizona and Indiana in particular)
the automatic time zone setting doesn't always work, because
the local time doesn't correspond to what the Feds and the
computers think it should, owing to a rejection of the
Daylight Saving system (which I think is a ridiculous idea,
despite its having been formulated by the mostly-great
Benjamin Franklin).

RABBIT WITH WHISKEY-STYLE BARBECUE SAUCE
cat: main, game
servings: 4

2 rabbits, quartered
3 Tb Chef's Grill Plus
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 c onion, chopped
1/3 c bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c celery, chopped
1/3 c parsley, chopped
1/3 c canola oil
1 Tb garlic, chopped
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 jalapeno, diced
2 c ketchup
1/2 c cilantro, chopped
1 Tb cumin
4 oz George Dickel Tennessee Whisky No.12

Heat the canola oil in a sauce pot and saute the
onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic for 10 min.
Add the ketchup, Worcestershire, parsley, cilantro,
jalapeno, cumin, and George Dickel and season with
salt and black pepper. Remove the barbecue sauce
and set aside.

Preheat a grill surface. Brush the rabbit pieces

brushing with barbecue sauce during the cooking
process. Remove the cooked rabbit from the grill
and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
