One does hope.  The Williamsport store could be a isolated case...

Does Costco maybe put their grocery section more front and center than
BJ's or Sam's...?  Over the years it's seemed to me that the food part
was more of an afterthought at BJ's and we've had a membership there
since they came to town, decades ago, when Richard was still at Kodak in
the good days...  ;)

That one made me wonder...  among other things, why not Lori's? 
Although, I do realize that Lori's is truly a niche store, and for one
thing doesn't have any fresh meat, though they have organic produce and
dairy and plenty of frozen offerings...  But the pure arbitrariness
makes sense...  ;)

I am, of course, less well traveled than you, but I've never had any
problems with the water in any of Great Britain...  My only problem was
getting an English flu I had absolutely no immunuty to, my second visit
over there...  Some may just not have issues with other people's water,
others be more susceptible to regional differences...

That's my guess, too.

It could be an interesting experiment...  you probably should have a
companion with you, in case sheer orneriness isn't enough to protect,
after all..  ;)  If I'm sick, I like having someone else around to keep
an eye on things...
