They applied the concept to all employees, including
the executives (CEO on down, no exceptions) and the 
office staff, down to the line workers, cleaning
staff, and so on.

Amortization of education and training is fine, but
beyond that, it seems to me that it's money talking
to money, an idea I'm allergic to.

I strongly believe in equal pay for equal work;
where most would disagree with me is that I believe
in equal pay for equal effort (hard that that may
be to assess).

Indeed. I figure that our economy (weak though it may be
at the moment) is such that instead of having most people
eating off plastic and a few eating off gold, there should
be enough for everyone to eat off silver ... .

French Margarita

1 oz lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz Milagro Silver tequila
1/2 oz Chambord
lime or pineapple wheel for garnish

Mix ingredients in a glass and combine with crushed 
ice. Garnish with a lime wheel or pineapple slice.
