Around here that sort of stuff goes down the toilet... of course, we
don't have a disposal...  ;)  Solid slimy stuff just goes into the
trash/garbage...

But they often do...  

There's a wide spectrum around here though, I've noticed...  :)  At
least in How leftovers are taken care of.  :)
