Unilever and Nestle'.

Hmmmmmmmm ... looking at things to see why Prairie Farms Dairy Co-op 
wasn't mentioned in any of the I scream stuff - I find that their home 
base is in Carlinville, IL about six blocks from my Grandparent's home 
and that my Grandad and I used to visit their creamery to buy I scream 
right from the plant. Their "Old Recipe" is comparable (favourably) with
Edy's or Blue Bunny - but, they do not offer a no-sugar-added - so I 
give it a good leaving-alone. 

I also found that their dairy products are hormone (rbST and rBGH) free 
and that they have a line of lactose-free milk - which might interest 
MLoo and anyone else who likes milk and is lactose intolerant.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Asian Cabbage Slaw
 Categories: Greens, Citrus, Nuts, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 servings

      3 c  Chinese or Napa cabbage
      1 lg Navel orange; peeled,
           - sectioned
      1 c  Julienned, peeled jicama
    1/4 c  Chopped watercress
      2 tb Oil
      2 tb Rice vinegar
      2 ts Sugar
    3/4 ts Grated fresh gingerroot
    3/4 ts Soy sauce
           Pepper
      1 tb Chopped walnuts 

  In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, orange, jicama and
  watercress. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar,
  sugar, ginger, soy sauce and pepper. Pour over cabbage
  mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with walnuts
