Hi, PETER COGGON! How are you?
on Friday, 29 of June, you wrote to ALEXANDER KORYAGIN
about "Re: JUNE-22-2007"

AK>> man commits a fraud because he uses information which was not
AK>> accessible to common players.

PC> I read about that man "Abramovich". Wasn't he close to the Russian
PC> leader? Your stock exchange is like ours too. The fraud teams are
PC> looking all the time, to make sure there is no inside trading.

That Russian leader is already dead; but I am sure Eltsin did not understand
who played by his hands. His main features as simplicity, stubbornness,
adventurism, revengefulness were good levers to push. And some clever guys
used them to the full. For example Berizovsky, who was Kremlin's godfather.
For several years such people had become multi-millionaires. And now they
try to built law-obedient society but dare they say "do not steal"?

AK>> These people now nobility in Russia;

PC> Lets face it, they went to the west right-a-way...the european
PC> bankers for the money to buy up the state assets of the old USSR for
PC> peanuts. They never paid top dollar or ruble to the state, and got gold
PC> mines and are wealthy. I wonder if they did what they do here, bribe
PC> government people who are not supposed to do this sort of stuff.?

They go to democratic countries only to have some rest and spend money.
Abramovich spends great sums of his quick money for pleasure and tried to
look like an innocent girl. And Britons belive him.
In Russia he went to the scarcely populated region on the East of Russia
(about 40 thousand people there) and become a governor. Now many unpopular
people of Russia who cannot be elected in big cities make their political
carriers by going to the wild regions of Russia. It is very easy for them to
win elections there; after that they get a real status of a state man and
they have immunity against a criminal persecution.

AK>> And at the same time they used to say of ineffectiveness of the

AK>> guy! ;-) But anyway, imho, the reason of the USSR collapse laid is not
AK>> very much in the strangulation, but in the anti-alcohol campaign
[Skipped]
PC> Alcohol abuse is world wide Alexander...and you guys do make the best
PC> vodka.. hands down. Sold in every country..all over.

In the world there are enormous mass of people which cannot enable their
brains at level which is proper for human. When a man have nothing to do,
have nothing to think about he needs to slow down his brain. In other way he
can commits a crime. Vodka is a great inhibitor of human conscience - just
as graphite rods in the nuclear reactor. Alcohol prohibition - is a mental
Chernobil catastrophe. Smoking is not as important as alcohol, but anyway
smoking is a good way to switch brains off and because of that we can
compare.

AK>> Most lamentable thing is Russia that after the Moscow shooting in 1993
AK>> the people of Russia had changed. I loved them until the event. They
AK>> were brave, fearless, they easily went to streets, demanded better
AK>> life, protested against the thing they didn't like. But after 1993
AK>> became look like a castrated cats. Very calm and resigned.

PC> Sorry I can not remember the Moscow 1993 shootings. There was enough
PC> over here at the time.

You can seach on www.yahoo.com for "Moscow events 1993"

AK>> A draconian measures have been made to prevent spontaneous

[Skipped]
PC> Winston Churchill once said that Democracy is so fragile .. remove
PC> the right to protest and it will disappear. Example was the
PC> 1930s when governments here machine gunned protests .... In
PC> a Democratic nation.

Better to say that sometimes there was not any democracy at all. For me it
is obvious that a fear of communism made rulers to give up a lot of
positions in that war with simple people. It sounds funny but the USSR made
present day democracy in the US and the West in general. ;-)

[Skipped]
PC> Alexander. I do not care if you are a communist or whatever other
PC> party you support. Not my business to know.

But propaganda makes its business. If in every mass media people hear
constantly a certain idea, most of them will think that it is true. So many
people on the West really sure that the essence of communism is executions,
tortures and prisons.

AK>> The fear of outside things begins from fear of inside things and vice
AK>> versa. For example the fear of true democracy in the US can easily
AK>> follow the fear of terrorism. Invisible things cause a paranoia and a
AK>> sick person begins to see cockroaches even on the wall where there are
AK>> not any of them. So I think the Americans can cay good-by to free
AK>> telephone conversations, to careless trips around the world and even
AK>> inside their own country. They will be checked constantly and police
AK>> state of America. New belts for pants will be invented so that to put
AK>> them off quicker on check points.

PC> We call it a Police State. Supposed to be Democratic, but all done
PC> in order to protect us...but who protects us from the abuse of those
PC> who want the police state? Can not protest this, or they see RED
PC> but there seems to be no checks here to avoid misuse...as to err is
PC> human. Hey Alexander...Russia might become the bastion of freedom
PC> and democracy, as we go the Police state..and Big Brother will think
PC> for us.

PC> My last time through the airport, seemed to me to look like they were
PC> edgey nervous scared or what.

PC> Of course I have my views on all this middle east stuff ...

But just remember how wonderful was the world, just very close distance ago,
before some sons of bitch came to power. And made some idiotic,
irresponsible actions. Were was no responcibility. They pretended that there
was not their guilt that the world changed so tragiaclly. But every war has
two sides.

[...Ferrum, dum candet, cudendum est]
Bye PETER!
Alexander
