     I have already explained my reasons. I try not to make judgements
because as you say one post does not a thread make. But I do respond
to single posts frequently. You will notice too that I try not to
referance or judge things beyond those in that particular message
that I am responding to.

     That is because I don't have one. What a concept. That is were we
differ then. I don't have the time to wade through xx number of pointless
name callig, game playing messages to respond to the one that will make
those on both sides of an issue happy. I respond to those that I read
when I read them. There is no Agenda.

     Actually other more descriptive terms come to mind regarding what this
echo is full of.

     Lucky you. There are a number of reasons why I may or may not read
a particular message. Do you really want me to list them? Is it that
big of a deal? Bottom line Björn, I am not singling you out in any way
regarding what messages I respond too. I simply reply to those that I
read when I read them. If warrented (By me) I may read a few prior
messages but that doesn't mean that I will nessesarily respond to those
prior messages. I know that you will likely look at that as selectivity.
If it is it isn't for the reasons that you think or would like to suggest.

     There you go. I have very little time for name calling or game
playing. Hence I don't post messages all that much. Now get me talking
about computers or amateur radio and then we'll talk. <g>

     The selectivity if there is some is more based on how serious
the message or thread is versus the BS content. It isn't based on the
poster as we all say smart, intelligent, dumb, insulting, thoughtful, ignorant,
sacastic things.

     Then I have some learning to do then. When people better understand
each other then something important has been accomplished.

     Please don't put words in my mouth. What you referance is the stuff
nice intelligent coversations are made of. BS to me consists of things
like name calling, swearing, game playing, baiting, bravado, needless
sarcasm, etc. Some people seem to think that some of those are nessesary
in order to communicate. I do not. You might get an occasional 'Damn' or
'Shit' out of me and an occasional attempt at being a smartass.
