It also mentions Internatiuonal laws.  You must also consider that the provider
is a US company and must adhere to US Law.  The company must take all measures
to protect itself and conform to the Laws of the country in which it resides. 
If it failed to act, it is possible that they could be held liable for the
actions of Björn.

Perhaps he should have read the AUP and abided by it.  Failure to read the
agreement is not the fault of the provider, but the fault of the person that
just clicked "I Agree" without reading the terms and conditions.

As for termination without notice:

"DynDNS may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate the Service should
the Member's conduct fail to conform to the terms and conditions of the AUP."

Now to address the "snitch." remark.  Unfortunately, this is a case where the
attitude of the person snitched on, caused his own downfall. You see, Björn has
been acting far too arrogant of late.  He has been acting as if he is above
everyone else -- more specifically, his bias against Zone 1 and the residents
therein.  He acted as if he was blameless in all things, when, in fact, he is
quite accountable for the attitudes display in here and FN_SYSOP.

When one acts as snotty as Björn has - taunting others and snubbing his nose at
them, he cannot possibly be held innocent of any repercussions.

It is sad that it came to this, but I can honestly say that had he acted a
little more respectfulk towards others, and a lot less arrogant against members
of this hobby from Zone 1, then it is unlikely this event would have
transpired.

However, that he pressed the buttons as much as he could and taunted certain
people with his "I'm superior" attitude, he cannot be held blameless for the
backlash.

I think there is a lesson here for all of us.  I wonder how many people are
willing to see it.
