I don't...however, the judge in Aruba must believe it, as he said it was
admissable in court.

Oh, so now he and his accomplice are doctors...an innocent person would
have transported that girl to a medical facility, not dump her at sea.

Wrong...what remains is the crime of disposing of the body, dead or alive
at the time.

That's ok, there are plenty of charges that he can be charged with.

Even his lawyer (the dutch one) says that. He also says that he's a very
troubled and 'dangerous' person.

He is the instigator of that crime. He won't be charged as the assessory.

He isn't a doctor, so he doesn't know for sure. She could have been in a
coma and only a doctor would be able to determine that.

the body at sea, is a confession of murder. He had no way of knowing that
she was actually dead.

It wasn't on private property, it was done in a vehicle owned by the
reporters' accomplice or the reporter. They can do what they want with
their own property.
