I don't think so in this case. 'All' is all inclusive.

If you take a look at the sodium content, that's enough to make you put
the box back on the shelf. You can do better from scratch.

I wouldn't say that to my Great-Grandmother. She may be Polish, but she
knows better.

Unfortunately, the military has had boxed or salted food for two
centuries. Not that it was good stuff to eat, but because it was
convenient. Eat at the mess hall, and you won't get boxed food.

I was in a McD's about a year ago, for coffee. That wasn't my choice
though.

The back of the menu claims that they use recipes they brought from
Germany when they came to this area. I can't vouch for that, but I know
it's not fast food.

Been there as well. Because Nancy is Italian/Spanish and because I'd
rather eat Italian than German, she knew all of the people who ran the
establishments we ate in, in San Diego. Her father claimed that there's no
such thing as pizza in Italy (he was a 2nd gen from Italian immigrants), I
guessed that he should know or he was pulling her leg. I know that Ciro
and his wife were Sicilian immigrants and that he said his pizza was from
an authentic Sicilian recipe he brought with him from the old country. He
even made his own sausage in-house and sold it over the meat counter.
Eating from his table at his home was like eating and being in Italy.
