Hi Paul,

PQ>U'u itself defaults to four (4) workspaces. You can have more or less.
Conk
PQ>'lives' on all of them. Compiz provides pretty-looking windows & workspace

I noticed that yesterday with U'u 12.04 when I clicked on a icon above
the Trash icon that divided the screen into 4 sections.

Wit
PQ>U'u & other Linuxes, you get more than one; usually four.

The icon I mentioned above must have been called a workspace switcher or
something close to that.

I grabbed vBox 4.1.20 (iirc) and will try installing it on this XP box.

I hope it works. 4.1.18 sure didn't work for me here.

I printed out the MD5 page for 4.1.20 and noticed at the bottom of the
list are two Ubuntu precise-? setups already made by Oracle.
One for AMD64 and one for i386 and also some going back to U'u hardy.

Have you used those or do you 'roll your own' as I have been trying to
do?

If vBox 4.1.20 doesn't work for me I will just install the INNOTEK vBox
again since I still have the install file.

I was looking through the .virtual directory and noticed one of the .vdi
files that I made while using the old Innotek vBox have the word
"innotek" in the file, that might be why I can't get Oracles vBox to
work here.

I may have to install the Innotek version and remove the virtual U'u
7.04 sessions I made and try installing the Oracle vBox again.

The Error message I get is that the file Virtualbox.xml , line 3, has
something about 'version 1.2-windows' being the problem.

I will first try installing 4.1.20 and if it doesn't work I will try
removing the old things I made using Innotek and try installing 1.4.20
again.

If 4.1.20 won't work for me I will put U'u 12.04 LTS in a vBox session
on the 2007 version Innotek made.

Computers! Blah!
