I take it from the lack of response that what I would like to do is =
impossible with win2k?  You can do it for win98 as its booting from DOS = and
before Win98 loads, but I guess its not possible to do something = similar with
Win2K ?

  P.S. to John O, etc., the other day I came across a company that =
claims to be the direct descendant of the old IBM keyboards that was = spun off
by IBM to Lexmark and then spun off by Lexmark to these former = IBM/Lexmark
employees http://www.pckeyboard.com/.  They have brand new = IBM knock offs of
the old ps/2 and AT & XT and terminal keyboards.  They = have them with the
little pointing stick thingy by the g and h keys.  = They look exactly the same
as the originals and supposedly have the same = weight and feel.  Use the same
buckling spring technology, etc.
