As everyone knows, FDR wanted us into the war, so it would not surprise me if
true. Its always been my understanding that while he did not try to provoke the
Japs, he certainly did not shy away from doing anything he felt would upset
them.

Have you heard about the book written by Hitler that was recently
authenticated? It his sequel to Mein Kampf. It was never published and
understandably so. It was his viewpoints on foreign policy. It outlined his
plans of conquest in detail. In it he answers the question about his desire to
attack America. He called it the ultimate, apocalyptic battle for the survival
of Germany- the conquest of the US. It has not yet been published, but I hope
it will be. It would show that indeed he did not want to attack the US at that
time, rather he wanted to wait until later.
