Actually, GWB has advisors to do those things for him.  :)

Even Republicans are refusing to go along with GWB's scheme to defraud
the American people.

Yeah, you right.  It's called "scam".  Enron, Worldcom, etc., come
to mind.  Those workers who lost retirement benefits, as well as their
jobs (thus making them former workers), are a bit pissed.

Scams have been around since the dawn of man.  In today's world,
many CEO's are known as the Kings of Scam.  Of course, a handful of
those Kings of Scam have been caught, and prosecuted.  But not many.

It was Reagan's idea to raise the retirement age, as well as raising
the FICA tax by the largest amount in history.  The FICA ceiling rises
every year, which is now set at $90,000.  The Democrats agreed to go
along with Reagan's plan on one condition - expansion of categories
for determining disability.

As for private schemes, or scams, as I prefer to say -

First you set up a 401(k) plan, then get all the workers to invest
like crazy, watch the stock prices go up to astronomical levels, then
pull out the rug from under them, making a ton of dough in the process.
Of course, the stock drops to nothing once the rug has been pulled...

Here's my idea - ditch Bush's plan.  Now.  Before it ruins America.
