Oh, ya... Apnea... It's been a summer to forget. I'll have to write this on my
forehead to remember. Like I said, the quantity of sleep, and the lack of
quality, covers the bulk of our visits.

I just returned to a notion that is not popular in most of the circles I run
around in. "Don't speak. Don't talk. Don't trust."

I say so in jest, but it's been one of those low cycles, culminating in my
honesty to a friend being used against me. It's better that true colours, ($$$)
rears it ugly head now, when the stroke of a check can blow 'em off. It's just
disappointing, legally in my favour, but it *is* only money. /-:

I could talk his ear off for a week! (I'm sure you'll attest to that. ;-) I'm
going for a nerve conduction test next month, so it's not as if I'm *not*
looked after. No BS, only because I talk your ear off more frequently, doesn't
mean he gets spared. <EG> With my 'team' now, I have no qualms in being totally
forthcoming.

All I know for sure, is it's a weird one.

It probably would, but I've never developed much of a taste for the fish, that
have high concentrations of the good oils. (Now I'm forgetting, if it's *low*
density lipoprotein that's the good one.) I should try to put together a few
guacamoles, like I used to. Avocado has the 'right' stuff.

Who's to say, the lady beside me wouldn't leave "well enough" alone. (I know,
not *that* funny. I do appreciate the concern though.) I guarantee, that my
waking spats these days are accompanied by a sharp "Ow!", not a grub for air.

Hoping to calm your fears, I haven't felt this healthy for years. It still
sucks, to be sure, but I can at least realize when I'm being productive. Last
year, I was spinning my wheels a bit, and *heavy* on the Aspirin.
