We tried the mobile hotspot first, and 
it was a total bust for Anne's computer.
She could not maintain a good connection
with it and every time she fired it up it 
was an hour of fiddling before she'd get
it working...she spent more time on the
phone with tech support than she did 
online...so we switched and got the 
cellular modem..about the size of 
a pack of gum and plugs right into
the usb port...powered by the puter
and works fine...where there is a 
decent cell signal that is!
Costs about $50 a month I think.
We are with sprint..other carriers
may be more or less.

Dunno, most were happy to get
the raise in pay and prestige that 
comes with a commision...and 
getting to fly the "latest and greatest"
But not my pop...luddite that he was
So we were raised poor on a sargent's 
pay.
